Here it is for download if you want it. It extends the function of the turbosmooth modifier. As long as you have an object selected you can add or remove a turbosmooth modifier. Increase and decrease iterations and toggle both the modifier itself and Isoline display off and on. Even if there are modifiers stacked above the turbosmooth modifier it will work. IF however, you have nothing selected and try to add a turbosmooth modifier then it will bring an error message up. So a bit of a disclaimer there just to let you know until I create the next version with some refinements on how it handles when you already have a turbomod on your object when trying to add another.
To install go to program files then in 3ds max look for scripts/startup and plonk it there. Drag it from the same folder into the viewport. Go to customise -> customise user interface -> toolbar -> toolbar -> catagory -> FPMTool and you should see TurboEx there. Drag that on your toolbar.
